You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, go to "My Orders", select the item you wish to return, and click the "Request Return" button. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Certain items like perishable goods, personalized products, and health/beauty items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
